Return & Cancellation Policy
1. Training & Coaching Services
Cancellation Policy
- Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a personal training or nutrition coaching session.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full, except in cases of emergency.
- If a client is more than 15 minutes late for a session without prior notice, it will be considered a missed session and will be charged accordingly.
- Subscription-based coaching services (e.g., monthly coaching plans) are non-refundable but can be paused or transferred to a later date with at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
Refund Policy
- All coaching and training services are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
- If a client wishes to cancel a prepaid package or membership, refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of the company, minus any sessions already used at their standard rate.
- Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with results, as client progress depends on adherence to the program.
2. Supplement & Product Returns
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date for unopened and unused products.
- Opened or used products are not eligible for returns due to health and safety regulations.
- Products must be in their original packaging and include all seals, labels, and inserts.
Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods, including powders, capsules, and liquid supplements, that have been opened.
- Digital products, including ebooks, workout plans, and online programs.
- Items purchased during promotional sales or with discount codes are final sale and non-refundable.
Refund Process
- To initiate a return, customers must contact us with their order number and reason for return.
- If approved, customers will receive return instructions and must cover the shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
3. Order Cancellations
- Orders for supplements and fitness products can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
- Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but may be eligible for return under our Return Policy.
- Subscription-based services (e.g., monthly supplement subscriptions) require at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle for cancellation.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
- If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
- We will either replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
- Claims made after the 7-day period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
